Well, I wish I had a nice fancy shopping-cart ordering page for you, but... I don't.   I'm working on it, but until I get it straightened out, we'll just have to do this the old-fashioned way.  Fortunately, ordering's fairly simple, since the catalog of items is fairly small at this point and they're all essentially the same price and shipping weight.

Each book is US$15.00.  Order as few or as many as you like.

For customers inside the USA: the $15.00 price includes media-mail shipping to anywhere in the U.S.

For customers outside the USA: contact me to let me know where you are and how many of what you're ordering, and I'll figure out what the best shipping rate is to your country from here.
